Sundy Village goes far beyond civil redevelopment or commercial real estate. For the team powering the project, it is an endeavor of passion, and a showcase of how developers, city officials, and residents can align their goals and expectations to achieve an exceptional product for all.

As developers of Sundy Village, Pebb Capital is delighted by the community’s robust interest in the project. Like so many, we recognize the need to revitalize the property, and usher it properly into Downtown Delray’s vibrant tapestry.

This is why we have spent well over a year carefully revising the original, approved site plan (created by the prior developer), which we believe did not go far enough to preserve the site’s historical elements, and design the property to its optimum and historically relevant aesthetic.

We’ve taken a more challenging, but worthwhile approach in our development, seeking to avoid moving historic structures wherever possible, while paying homage to their architecture.

The founders of Pebb Capital have a long history of development in the Delray Beach and Boca Raton area. A multi-generational, family-owned business, Pebb Capital’s first projects involved developing Delray Beach commercial properties more than 50 years ago. Not only is this project significant for the local community, but it is a very special undertaking for the family and its deep local roots.
